Clients must bring these documents to their first appointment:
Photo Identification, Tax Returns and W-2's from previous two years, One Month Paystubs, 12 months rental History, Bank Statements, Credit Card Statements, Monthly Expenses and A recent Credit Report.
& when they receive this information:
Mortgage Commitment Letter, Sales Agreement/Contract, Truth-in-Lending Statement, Good Faith Estimate, Home Inspection Report, Home Appraisal Report, HUD-1 Settlement Sheet.

Counselees will receive a certified housing counseling certificate at the discretion of the counselor.
