Housing Counseling Resource Library
HOND's Resource Library is the source for applications, forms and other information that will be used during our counseling process with you. Many of the forms that will be needed during the housing interview process can be downloaded and completed by you prior to visiting our office. Doing so can significantly decrease the amount of time needed to complete the counseling and qualification process. Each section below contains the forms for each of our programs. You may download individual forms or you may download a complete packet.     		This document is the cover letter for the Information Packet. It includes a greeting from the director of HOND, Gladys Spikes.

3. Fair Housing Statement State of Delaware and HOND fair housing statement
4. Budgeting Guidelines Useful document that outlines Four Basic Elements of an effective budget.
5. Money Management Useful document outlining the basic, functional elements of managing finances.
6. Monthly Expense Sheet This document should be completed prior to your meeting, if possible. Use it to document your housing and living expenses.
7. Creditors The Creditors Record form should be completed to document your creditors and account balances.
8. Available Cash & Assets Use this form to document your available cash and assets.
9. Gross Monthly Income Use this form to document your gross monthly income.
10. Needs Assessment The Needs Assessment form helps HOND determine the best way to assist you in your housing needs.
