Mortgage Foreclosure Prevention / Mortgage Default Counseling Program
Paying a mortgage can add quite a bit of pressure to a monthly budget. And from time to time, life can throw unexpected curve balls – job changes, major repair bills, unplanned purchases, or even unplanned medical expenses.

For some, managing the mortgage is as simple as preparing and following a monthly budget. For others, the bills are behind, and the pressure of trying to keep up can be unbearable.

The housing professionals at HOND can assist you with finding your way through the often confusing process of avoiding mortgage foreclosure. The Resource Library is the source for applications, forms and other information that will be used during our counseling process with you.

Many of the forms that will be needed during the foreclosure- prevention interview process can be downloaded, and completed by you prior to visiting our office. Doing so can significantly decrease the amount of time needed to complete the counseling process.

You may download individual forms, or you may download a complete packet. The forms are available in either Adobe Acrobat format or Microsoft Word.  If you need to download Adobe Acrobat Reader, you may do so by Clicking Here.

If you have questions, or if you would like to have the forms mailed to you, please call 302-429-0794.
